if we receive your (paid) order before 14:00 cet, we will process your order that same day. 

provided all items are in stock, you will receive it in 1–3 business days. orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

as soon as our warehouse has shipped your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail including a unique parcel tracking number. 

the average delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on the country to which the order is shipped. we ship with DHL, TNT or Fedex.

shipping costs are dependent on weight of the parcel and destination country, actual shipping costs are clearly displayed in the checkout before you complete an order. shipping costs are not negotiable.

we don't charge shipping costs on domestic orders over eur. 100,- , and orders over eur 200,- worldwide.

Will I be charged customs and import charges?
consider that international shipments outside the European Union, might have some additional duties fees and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

we cannot control or predict these charges, it is the client's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.

apart from the tax you might be also charged for the customs procedures.
