If we receive your (paid) order before 14:00 CET, we will process your order the same day. Provided all items are in stock, you will receive your order within the following timeframes:

• Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 1-2 business days
• Rest of Europe: 1-4 business days
• Rest of the World: 2-10 business days

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once our warehouse has shipped your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a unique parcel tracking number. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination country, and they are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We do not charge shipping costs on domestic orders over €75,- and on worldwide orders over €150,-.

Please note that shipping costs are not negotiable and are calculated after the application of any discounts, promotions, vouchers, or discount codes. The final shipping cost is based on the total amount remaining after these deductions.
