Order & Delivery
How to Place Your Order
To place your order, select the item(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page, where you will need to fill in your personal information and pay for the order. If your order is successful, you will receive an order confirmation via the e-mail address provided at checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us for assistance. You can view all your order information in the "My Account" section. From your account dashboard, you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.
Delivery
If we receive your (paid) order before 14:00 CET, we will process your order within max. three days. Provided all items are in stock, you will receive your order within the following timeframes:
- Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 1-2 business days
- Rest of Europe: 1-4 business days
- Rest of the World: 2-10 business days
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once our warehouse has shipped your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a unique parcel tracking number. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination country, and they are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Please note that shipping costs are not negotiable and are calculated after the application of any discounts, promotions, vouchers, or discount codes. The final shipping cost is based on the total amount remaining after these deductions.
Shipping & Customs
Will I be charged customs and import charges?
International shipments outside the European Union may be subject to additional duties, fees, and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. We cannot control or predict these charges, so it is the client's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. In addition to taxes, you may also be charged for customs procedures. Please note that the client is responsible for all additional fees such as taxes, duties, and customs charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office to calculate any potential additional fees. If you refuse to accept the order due to unexpected additional fees, we reserve the right to charge you for both the outbound and return shipping costs, as well as any additional fees incurred by customs.
